What is an Audio Guestbook
The After the Beep Audio Guestbook is a unique platform that allows you to create personalized audio guestbooks for special occasions, events, or memories. It lets your guests leave heartfelt voice messages that you can cherish forever.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply book a call in our calendar or send us a message about booking for your special day.
Do instructions come with the phone for the guests to read to help them use the phone?
Yes! We have signage templates that we send via email for you to adjust as you see fit!
Do you do destination weddings?
Count us in for your destination wedding bash (we love to travel ✈️)! Please reach out to us for rates on destination weddings and we’d be happy to provide you with options for After The Beep to be part of your special day.
How far in advance should i book?
We have bookings as late as December 2024 currently – so we always recommend sooner rather than later to ensure availability
What is the typical turnaround time of getting my voicemails back?
Our audio editors typically get voicemails back to clients within 2-3 weeks after the event.
What occasions are suitable for After The Beep Audio Guestbooks?
The Audio Guestbook is perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, and any event where you want to capture heartfelt messages from friends and family.
Do you delete any voicemails?
No! You will receive every voicemail that is left at your event. We will perform some edits to remove any dead space at the beginning and end of any messages. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if there is hate speech being used.
Is there a limit on the amount of messages I will receive?
No! We will send you every voicemail that is left on our phones for you to cherish forever
